Waking up in the mornings can be stressful for some but for me it is great. It is still dark and quite, not to mention there is no traffic! When I get to the local Farmer's Market everyone is so nice and bright. There is always someone sharing a story or two with you and the laughs are priceless. Picking the very best fruits and vegetables to make the very best Tasty Treats is fantasic but supporting the local markets makes what we do, so amazing.
